Postal gold merchants are advertising all over the place including on the internet. The idea is you phone them and they send you a pre-paid envelope, you
send them any gold you don't want (what a strange concept) and they tell you what they're willing to pay or send you money. There are even gold buying
parties, where you take your gold along.
The problem is they don't tell you what they pay per oz, and often they pay way under the actual market value of your gold. People still send them their old jewellery though. Strange how someone will always fall for these things.
