I have been learning english for many years but i still cann't express fluently. Many times i don't know how to use the right word to express what i want to say. In my daily life we speak chinese, i have a very little opportunity to communicate with foreigners in english. Could you give me some advise how to improve my english ? Thank you very much !

Learning and doing are different. I believe in learning through doing, hence the forum. I have written lots of tips on how to improve your English here. I hope that you are fine today. !Note - "I hope that you are fine today" is a statement, not a question, so it takes a full stop not a question mark at the end. A question would go something like "Are you OK today?"
