			<description><![CDATA[ <p>I know a friend who just came back from Australia and he told me some cultural shocks that he had in Australia which goes like this: if he wants to buy
something, let&#39;s say from a vender, worth $5,15 and he first gives the vender $10 and then $0.15. Instead of getting back $5, he got a frown from the
vender, because the vender thinks he is crazy by giving the money for two times which makes things worse. Is that really true in Australia or even in western
